Share a deck

You can easily share your decks with collaborators on ShotDeck.

How to Share a Deck

1. Open the deck you’d like to share.
2. Click the three vertical dots next to the deck title — a dropdown menu will appear.
3. Select Share — a pop-up window will open.
4. Enter the email address of the person you want to share with. (Make sure it’s the email address associated with their ShotDeck account.)
5. Choose their level of access:
   • Can view – they can see the deck but not make changes.
   • Can edit – they can add, remove, or modify shots in the deck.
6. Choose whether to include any sub-decks within that deck.
7. Click Add New User.

Important Notes

• The person you’re sharing with must have a ShotDeck account.
• If they don’t, invite them to join using our Free Trial!
