Request a refund
Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased.
Yearly Plans
- Full refund if you cancel within 21 days of your initial purchase or the start of your next billing cycle.
- If you cancel after 21 days, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you will still retain access until the end of your term. After that, your account will become inactive.
Monthly Plans
- Full refund if you cancel within 3 days of the start of your billing period.
- If you cancel after 3 days, you will not be eligible for a refund for that month, but you will still retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will become inactive.

- Select Request a Refund in the form.
- Fill out the required details and submit your request.
