Request a refund

Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased.

Yearly Plans

  • Full refund if you cancel within 21 days of your initial purchase or the start of your next billing cycle.
  • If you cancel after 21 days, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you will still retain access until the end of your term. After that, your account will become inactive.

Monthly Plans

  • Full refund if you cancel within 3 days of the start of your billing period.
  • If you cancel after 3 days, you will not be eligible for a refund for that month, but you will still retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will become inactive.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click Contact Us.
  2. Select Request a Refund in the form.
  3. Fill out the required details and submit your request.
